We take a lot of care when sending covers out to clients. All covers are irons and arrive in a ready to use condition.

When returning covers, please make sure the covers fit in the box supplied and that the box is sealed right.

Returning cover to us or to our cleaner in a state like the pictures below, will only result in you being charged for damaged covers. Please also try and make sure all covers are counted and the number send are returned. We dont like taking clients deposits of them, but we run a business and lost or damaged covers have to be paid for.
