Delivery & Collection Details
Once you have placed your order, we will arrange for TNT
to delivery your order to you 2* days before you event.
All covers will be placed in a box ready ironed and ready
to go on your chairs. Once your event has finished we
will arrange for TNT to collect your order. All you need
to do is place the covers and sash back into the box. Delivery
cost depends on the cover amount and your location. See
below for delivery prices.
Collections will happen the monday after your event unless arranged otherwise. TNT will bring any paper work needed with them.
Its is up to you the end user to make sure that the boxes are ready for TNT to collect on the monday morning.
For clients going away on honeymoon, please make sure that you have informed us of the collection address and telephone number before your delivery is made. Non collections on the monday will be charged an extra weeks hire due to the knock on effect it will have on the following weeks clients. Please see our T&C

Please note that due to tight delivery deadlines and issues out of our control, delivery maybe later than the 2 day league stated abovedue to delays with our TNT service. We do however make every effort to make sure deliveries are with our clients at least the day before there venue date.
Late deliveries will not be refunded unless the agreed by us inadvance and confirmed by email by us. Deliveries refused by the end user again will note be refunded if the delivery was made within the time scale stated above and before the end users event date.
