This will confirm to us the date, number of covers and sash colour. Once we have the booking form, we will send you confirmation by email. The confirmation email will also give you a choice of ways to pay your deposit.

Deposits can be payed by Pal Pal, Chq or Postal Order. Please make all Chqs made payable to Chair Covers Online.
